Chintu – Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Chintu. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or not functioning as described.

  • The product received is incorrect or incomplete.

  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item must be in its original condition, with original packaging, accessories, and invoice.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Products that show physical damage, burn marks, or misuse.

  • Products opened and used without any functional issue.

  • Items returned without original packaging or missing accessories.

  • Any product damaged due to wrong power supply, modifications, or tampering.

3. Replacement Policy

If your return is approved:

  • We will send a replacement unit at no extra cost.

  • In case a replacement is not available, you may choose:

    • Full refund, or

    • Store credit for future purchases.

4. Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within:

  • 5–7 business days after the returned item reaches our facility and is inspected.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are issued to your bank account / UPI ID.

5. Return Shipping

  • If the product is defective or incorrect, Chintu covers the return shipping cost.

  • For customer-initiated returns (no defect), shipping charges may be deducted from the refund.

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before it is shipped.
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.
