Chintu – Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Chintu, your cute smart companion bot.
Please read our shipping terms carefully to understand how we process and deliver your orders.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • All states and union territories within India

  • International shipping

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–7 business days

  • Remote / Rural Areas: 5–10 business days

Please note that actual timelines may vary based on courier performance, festivals, weather, or logistics delays.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: Standard shipping ₹99 (or Free Shipping above ₹1999 — if you want this, I can add).

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Additional COD fee of ₹99.

  • Any promotional free-shipping offers will be mentioned on the website.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive an SMS / Email with the tracking link and courier details.

  • Tracking information may take 24 hours to update after dispatch.

6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please provide accurate shipping details at checkout.

Chintu is not responsible for:

  • Delays due to incorrect or incomplete address

  • Failed delivery attempts if the customer is not reachable

  • Re-shipping charges for returned packages due to customer-side issues

If an order is returned to us after failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.

7. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a package that appears tampered with or damaged:

  1. Do NOT accept the delivery, or

  2. Record a video while opening the package

  3. Contact us within 24 hours

We will assist you with a replacement.

8. International Shipping (Optional Section)

If you are not offering international shipping, let me know and I’ll remove this section.

  • Delivery timeline: 10–20 business days, depending on the destination

  • Customs duties/taxes are the buyer’s responsibility
